Privacy policy

We collect only the details needed to process and deliver your order: your name, phone, email and delivery address.

We do not sell your personal information. Payment details are handled directly by our payment providers.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel to understand how our shop is used and to measure our ads. Choose “Necessary only” in the cookie banner to turn both off, or “Customise” to allow just one. You can change your choice any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

When you place an order we also note how you found us (for example an Instagram link or a campaign link) and save it with the order. This stays in our own shop and is not shared with anyone.
